With Toyota running gear underneath .... awesome. Case of beer won't get that though ... maybe a Brewers Retail truckload will.

You say "Enh, my running gear will probably never need a rebuild." ... Huh ! You can predict the future ! And you base your comment on ?? Your experience with this truck is ??. Your experience wheeling is ?. Oh my young little niave wannabe wheeler. Bushwacker's 2 issues have been .... 1. inferior work by Forbes, not the Cruzr. The engine died because of water, sand & mud being used as a lubricant ... not a natural breakdown. We can try that with yours WHEN IT RUNS & see if it fairs better. 2. my 30 year old original gastank has started to rust at the seam & Bainer's inferior work has not stop that ... rust particles have been getting into the carb .... a new tank is on its way. Let's see what happens with your tank. In 4 years of wheeling ( stuff that you can only dream of doing & would make you pee your pants) the only things I have had to replace have been starters & alternators due to the nature of the shit I go through. I did break 1 30 YEAR OLD HEAVILY ABUSED leaf in a rear spring. Still running the same shocks. Never had a flat. Yes I have had 2 wheels fly off .... have learned to regularly tighten lugs when running mags & to use locktight on my wheel spacers ... but that was my fault. I have NEVER had to replace a universal ( a regular summer change in a Jeep if you drive it offroad much), no broken axles, driveshafts, hubs, muffler (!), radiator, body/frame issues. I see these break on almost every run with one of the Jeeps. I think most have been recorded in pics here & on other sites. ( latest was Josh's axle at Whitefish last Thur.) What is BadThumper working on? What happened to Lowrad's in Lingham a few weeks ago?Stinger has had his front ring & pinion teeth stripped, many have gone through transmissions/TFC ( read how many are looking for them on here over the year). I can go on ... & I can only think of all the Jeeps on this site that still aren't going on any trails. If after you have finished your truck, driven it on trails rated 3 & 4 out of 4 for 4 years & can say that ... then you have done ok. I hardly think a run through a buddy's muddy field qualifies let alone driving to Northbrook let alone having it sitting in a driveway not yet running ! Bushwacker has done Lingham 2 times & Killer 3 times in the last month & a half prepping for Hell's Trail. Name one other truck here that has been doing stuff like that let alone broke nothing. Until then ... it is easy to strut like a peacock .... but alas ... you have not even hatched from the egg.

Easy Bushy...man you get your feathers ruffeled so easy now adays.....you not getting your "Medicene" lately from your lady friends ;D I just figure he ment that he would never have drivtrain issues cause well if he ever has the motor go or tranny or transfercase....he'll just scrap it ;D :Dlol As you say...there are so many Jeeps to be had at Tafts ;D It is rare to find a Toyota there cause usually...there so rotted there's nothing worth getting off or it falls apart when you try to get the part off ;D Toy guys never let stuff go till its absolutely dead cause it costs so much to maintain them(parts are usually three times the cost of a Jeep...lol) Jeep guys will let something go if one major thing goes(motor...or tranny or whatever) Cause they can pick something up later or sooner and then get some parts off the wreckers they sent or off a Buddy for Beer ;D ;D ;D
Yes Colton is Cocky and sometimes a little areogent/ignorant....he's young....he'll learn.... Everyone I think around here needs to start showing a little more respect to everyone. Padowan learner and JediNight ;D

Toyota's rust out more than Jeeps ... YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ... look at Bud's Jeep's floor ... a 1995 !, or Matty's. Give your head a shake. I had only 3 bolts break doing Bushwacker ... 3 !!! all the rest came out & it was 26 years old at the time. That the parts are 3x as expensive ... I think not ... actually very similar from a store. I agree you won't find them at a wrecker's because Suzuki guys grab them up asap & Jeep guys hide them. I agree that Jeep guys let things go & replace with shit from a wrecker's because they enjoy replacing shit & not wheeling .... saves gas & embarrassment on the trails. You can always tell a Jeep owner by the bruised knuckles & black fingernails from whacking themselves & the empty cans of beer in the garage. KenoshaWarrior fights with a nerf sword. As for my medicine ... plenty ... actually resting from providing satisfaction to multiple female friends.

OK I'm done with this Jeep VS Toyota thing...tired of the arguement....everyone drives what they like.... Go one all ya want Bushy....Your retired...you got all the time in the world....the rest of us have to work O wait....don't it say under your hood"This IS my Job"....so WTF does that mean....so you work full-time to keep your rig going....Hmmm....dependable...lmao As for the Ladies......did they leave "Satisfied"...lol. ;D O and as for the parts cost thing...and about U-Joints....Just ask a certain ExDonkey driver...I know for a fact...factory U-joints for a Runner and pick up are 90 a piece x 3...and they have to be done just as regularly(He had to do them a few times with D.D and Wheeling on weekends) Jeep U-joints are 20-25 a piece...that have to be done regularly with D.D and weekend wheeling Thats where I got that statistic from.....and I never said that Toy's Rot more.....just by the time they get to the wrecker there completely done.....they rot just as much as any other vehicle in Ontario....there not ammune to salt either SO...when your done workin on BushWacker and get out from underneath it......Come over hear and help me with WILSON ;Dlmao

Universals ... hmm ... none in 5 years ( since I owed it ) at 3x Jeeps at 1 minimum of 1 set a year & you are still paying more !!! That is simple math. ...0 vs ($25x5min ..)=$125 ... but over 5 years ... even if I replace a set at $90 as you say they cost vs $125 ... duh ! And that is Just one of your universals !!!!!
Donkey ? ... I have replaced mine ONCE in 500, 000 km ...20 years so I don't know what he was doing. I went more places than him.
For the Cruzr ...I haven't even had to price them ... but will now .... info to follow.
But regardless ... I bought a front & a rear driveshaft for the Cruzr with universals off eBay for $25 a piece ... so 5 yrs at $25 for 2 & shaft + 2 universals is WAY better than your cost. .................... NEXT !
Women were so satisfied thay all want to come back ... Bud can attest to their "returning".
All done with Bushwacker ... hmm .. maybe 30 min today ... all set to go ... will drop in this week ... time ?
Toyota vs Jeep ... case closed.

Dont rag on me too much, Ive got my attitude but Im still learnin'. This is the first real rig Ive ever owned, because face it, the MJ and XJ I had before, they were cars not trail runners. This thing will get me out and wheelin. It was a good deal. And bushy, not everyone can afford to be different with an iron pig, but I try. Not many MJ's out there
