A drop pitman arm would be better, but only a 4" lift, isn't necessary. If you do get one, they are $5 cheaper at the Trenton dealership than the belleville one. Trenton should also have one in stock as well. They are about $80 for the 4"drop pitman arm.

Shouldn't, but jeeps are like anything else. They all act differently. I know guys with 6" of lift and don't have one, and the stocky that I just tore apart with lift springs (homemade), had more bump steer than my big jeep. You'll know after you do it. So it's really a personal choice. You can see if you can get away with saving $80, or you can spend it and never know if that $80 could have went to gas or a new tow strap.
