I would say more than likely you will have to get it lengthend maybe not because when you get them in a kit they don't say anything about the drive shaft. you may need to drop the t-case and inch or so but you can make that really easy.

As for th lift, the YJ shafts are only 9 inches from weld to weld. I am SOA with lift springs, (had blocks to but was too high) and I just took a cherokee shaft, cut it 2.5 inches longer, welded it together and it works great! As for trac bar in the rear, that just takes care of your axle wrap. I don't even have one, and with the lift springs, they take care of it. Sway bar in the back, I don't know, my heep didn't come with one when I got it. I don't even know where it would hook up under there! LOL

how good is the frame beyond the steering box? if the metal is good you can box the bad spot in. it would be the quickest fix

If you stay SUA, you will only have to drop your t-case about an inch. If you go SOA, you will need a longer shaft and drop your t-case about 2" with the lift springs.

yep that sounds about right but I would start with a 1" and see if you have any vibrations. So you want them right? I will start to pull them out of the jeep saturday. Should have it done by the end of saturday. all the bolts are new so they will come out fine. the bushing are new too as of last year. I have only gone for 3-4 rides.

SOA is spring over axle conversion, and SUA is stock YJ, under the axle.
And no, leafs are not hard to do. 2 people makes it easier, but 1 can do it.
