a generator and boat motor

bought a generator last year used it once an now this year it wont work glad i have 2 but still want bouth to work tha it will pull an turn over but no cegair any ideas
and also yj dudes boat motor the second cylinder plug hole is striped out an keeps blpwing the bpug out lol any ideas for that to fix
