how do i get a pic under my name of the yota thhinks its called the avitar thingy

you need to have a pic uploaded to a host(aka photobucket or image shack or something)
When you upload the pic you can choose to have it scaled down(well atleast with photobucket you can)
to have it as an Avatar
Then you go into your setting here and link the picture from photbucket or wherever to here in you user settings
