How bad are they...I mean if there just being a little noisy then you'll be fine for a couple weeks....or if you just noticed them....you should be fine too...even with a little hwy drivin....When I did Waggy's they were actually WOBBLY....if your just starting to notice a little heat outa them too....you should get by....just don't do alot of extra driving...and stay outa the mud...I know your commute is pretty good to...and I take that into consideration when I say you'll be fine...IF your gonna plan on replacin them with new in a couple weeks...just don't seem to make sence to do the job twice...but that's just my opinion...take it for what its worth....about that much..lol

well you've experieneced it and thats why I posted lol. Yeah, sounds like a wolverine faintly. not loud enough to hear over the motor at speed.
and the whole same job twice makes sense. gotta save money for them. fawkin' things are expensive, going to get my dad to buy them on his Carquest half-off discount.
now, how do they all go togethere, Ive never acctually had my rotor off so I dont know really what is all there. The rotor sits ontop of the hub or what? Can you explain the process to gettin them off, Lowrad?

Ok, if anyone has a set that I can have, please let me know I want to have some here that I can stick on when mine officially bite it. Im hurting for the full price ones for a little longer than a few weeks and anything that doesnt howl I'd like. Thanks.
I take your advice with appreciation, Lowrad, but I cant really risk it as the XJ is my DD and IM up the creek without it.

I drove mine up past hearing it over the motor and I drove the shit out of it.
Friend of mine has one that sounds so bad it sounds like a broken shock mount... every crack in the road is a huge loud clunk...
I don't really think you need to be that worried...
AND, the sound you're hearing probably isn't from both sides. I tend to see them not go at the same time...
