ECU needs repair/Reflashing

On Ebay 2 guys do them up in Florida..Anyone know of anyone in Canada that does them other than dealership...I need to swap/repair my ECU on 98TJ...will not communicate properly with snapon solus pro..cant clear error code....Its like my ECU is speaking jibberish.
I like to keep my money in Canada..help me out!!! Tuner guys???

hey, carquest send computers out to be rebuild/checked, they will tell you if theres somthing wrong with it or not, and if so they can rebuild them. usually a few days turn around time.
