what are you thinking abiut putting it in and what are you planning on do with this truck? personaly i wouldn t do it , it is more work than it is worth,, if you are looking for a crazy low range than just gear the rear ends . but if you want to run down the high way as well than get a tera low kit for the t-case or an atlas2 with 4:1 or 5:1 low range

Not sure what you are planning. Dual t-case or a twin stick? Don't think I've ever heard of putting in Dual t-cases. But if it's a twin stick to choose between 2wd, 4wd, rear wd and front wd, it's a twin stick. If that's what you're wanting, talk to BigBlue. He has done the conversion. If it is in fact 2 t-cases you're wanting, I have no idea on this.

you can have a 2nd inline transfercase for gear reduction....that's for like having a 200:1 crawl ratio..or something like that...BUT you can get like a 100:1 without it....ask LostZuk I think that's what he is running with single transfercase...he's just re-geared to hell with a 4:1 transfercase reduction

Well I guess to start im building a 69 International Scout. Currently its got a Dana 27 front and Dana 40 rear with 4.10 gears and a 2.5L 4cylinder. I planned on running the dual T-cases due to the power loss im giving up due to the old carburated 4cylinder. Im building it as more of a mud bogger/trail rig. Im talking about running 2 T-cases inline, not a twin stick T-case. Theres a gun in my area with a Sammy running 2 T-cases and was planning on talking to him...............but he just moved out west for work for 2months and I dont wanna wait 2 months. So I've some what came up with a plan on how to do it, but im just looking for any extra info I can get on the set up
