OMG! Is your YJ from the same guy I got mine from! LMAO Sounds like something that would happen to me! lol
Anyways, only thing I can think of is bolt and nuts! I'd have to see what is actually going on though! Can you post a pick of what you mean by the holes are eff'ed?

Man, somthin' about this just don't sound right....lol I wouldn't be weldin' that....lol. May be time to invest in a good set of drill bits a tap set....If you can't go bigger and use bigger bolts I have filled holes up with a welder before, then re-drilled and tapped them and it worked just fine.....definately sounds like one of them things you gotta see though. Meh, fahk it...just weld the T-case solid ....lol

Ummm....you can't weld that...it's cast or white metal I do believe....well...pretty sure...always looked like it to me....as for shanner's idea....sounds like you'll have to tap it to a bigger size.....should be enough meat in there...and shouldn't be that hard as of the metal it is

Getting pissed at your Jeep for failing is like complaining about sugar dissolving in water ... has to be expected .... but for a Toyota to fail ... that is to get pissed of at BIG TIME ... but it hardly ever happens so we are a calm bunch.

same thing happenned to my 97 tj, didnt fall out, but they all stripped when i was taking the tranny out, I drilled the old threads out and just tapped the frame for a bigger diameter bolt. I used 9/16 for some and the others that were more damaged were 5/8. seemed to work good. Oh and the frames arnt that thick so use a fine thread tap and bolt.
