make sure you bleed the system real good if you torch it brake fluid is toast after that kind of heat my best advice is lots of penatrant, beat it with a hammer, and a lot of cursing and swearing it'll evantualy let go (but it may take forever and a day)

Weld a nut on the shites & back them out, like 1/2" or 5/8 nut over the striped part get a good weld in there it should do the heating enough to back them out, be sure to let the weld kool a little before backing or they'll break the nut off, but if breaks repeat or problem solved. or even grind heads off if caliper will slide off after, & get new bolts.

I dont know but this sounds farmiliar i think i got mine off with a good new set of vise grip not sure witch ones either small one or large, one of them though, yeah also like Lowrad said tight till you want to passout that should squish it to crack the seal in the threads, last resort would be heat but that'll be hard on seals if too much in wrong place.

done!
lots of brute force, a can of penetrating oil and vice grips.
Ive got good brakes again, and holyfawk the stuff I pulled out of there, jeeeeeezuz. The pass side and 1 drivers pad had the stuff fall off, so it was floating in there between backing and rotor

Nice glad you got her done. I was going to do all the BS involved in cleaning up the calipers on the Toy axles I put in until I found out my cost was $70 each for new and it was not worth my time to mess witht hem and buy a rebuild kit for them LOL!
