hi everyone I’ve seen this site on a couple of rigs around town I figured I’d check it out. my name is Andrew but everyone just calls me Dibben. its good to know there’s a local 4x4 club around here (I’ve been looking for a while but not hard) I’m in Belleville but not originally I hate the city. I’m pretty good with a wrench and I know more about trucks than I should (I guess that happens when you spend all of your youth under a car) so if anyone needs help with anything just ask. I’m the complete opposite when it comes to computers though so expect me to look a moron and ask dumb questions now and then. well about my truck it's a '75 blazer the full convertible version just the way a truck should be no doors or roof. it's got a mostly stock 350 4brl a sm465 with a twin stick np205 a custom suspension designed and built by me with 64" leaves front and rear (man there great springs) it still has the lame six lug Dana 44 and 12 bolt for now and a whole whack of custom parts I’ve built tube doors, 8 point cage, rock sliders, front bumper (rear coming soon), rear cutting brakes using stock parking brake parts, gas tank cage and skid plate that’s holding a 40 gallon suburban tank along with many more and I’m not done yet but I’ve wasted too much of your time already so I’ll stop there and here's the newest pic I have of it. if ya got any questions just ask. hope to see all of you out on the trails soon.

Welcome to the site. Glad to see some one else likes to wheel a full size. That is one bad ass rig you have Dibben would love to see more pics. Also like to get more info from you about the rear cutting break set up you did. I to have a 205 with twin stick but haven't did anything about the rear breaks.

what it is is 2 fiero parking brake arms i had laying around mounted to the trany tunnel by the t-case shifters then the stock blazer cables that go into the drums attached to the arms through the floor and mounted to some brackets i made then to the stock cables meant for the fiero arms and into the drums i know this sounds backwards but my truck has 13"of travel (and thats limited by the shocks because i couldn't afford a better set) and the blazer cables wouldn't fit so i had to swap them around. I'll go get some pic's 'cause i can't explain it worth crap

Hey welcome to the club. I love Chevy's! Even though I drive a jeep. When it's drivable. LOL Got an 88 YJ sitting on about 12" of lift. Maybe more. 33's, and lotsa rust! Just like to pound the piss outta it! Works great when I'm not breaking stuff. And if'n you get bored, stop by. I'm pulling drivetrains this weekend. Swapping from one jeep to another. Hope to see you on the trails. Hey maybe on the 29th! Greenes still happening boys?

Ya Whitefish is wide, and so is Merril's. And actually, from what I hear, the north entrance to Lingham is pretty wide too. Guess it doesn't go right to the lake yet, but close.
