well since I’m working at Nissan now I figure I can afford to make the K-5 a weekend toy (or just a paper weight as it is right now) and buy a decent daily driver
so I’ve finally decided on a car that I like. I’m looking for a 240Z '70-'73 I’m willing to consider newer 260Z's and 280Z's but nothing after '79
right now I’m looking for anything in any condition as I’ll probably cut it up and modify it in ungodly ways anyway
also it has to be less than $8000 but it'd better be in damn good shape for that much (id rather a project though)
so let me know if anyone see's anything

I'll keep an eye out for one....but might I though another suggestion or two in the pile...
Mazda RX7.......Rotories are way cool...and I've always loved those care....just about the same from 70-mid 80's....body style changes here and there...but everything else is about the same underneath the skin
AND...don't get excited me saying this Bushy...lol......Toyota Supra...very similar aswell....and they are decent quick(not as fast as a Rx7 or 240...but can be up'd pretty easy).....I almost bought one when I was looking to replace my Mazda MX6....but I got the Talon instead...looking back I kick myself for not getting the Supra....I fawkin hated that Talon....2 days after I bought it I wanted to get rid of it....lol

yep i've thought about all of them and a hand full more but i like the look of the 240Z better it's clearly a 70's sports car the rest didn't look cool untill well into the 80's (to new for me) plus the real kicker for me. i work at nissan, why not own one
and i agree talon = poop (but the awd turbo's go decent)
and i love the early 80's supra to me thats the perfict 80's sports car after that they got ugly (but again to new and not a nissan)
