I have a 96 or newer 8.8 for sale. 3:73 with trac lock. Also my d35 3:55 trac lock. 155 000km new brakes. I just installed an 8.8 in my xj (its awesome) these are left overs.

Does the 8.8 have disc brakes. How many spline isthe 8.8 31 or 29. How much for the axle

Its a disc brake 8.8, and my research shows that disc brake 8.8s are 31 spline. ( mine was and its a 97) I'm looking for 250 $ for it but I'm definitely open to offers. (I need the $)

Well I'm lookin for a 8.8 for Jen's YJ....but I need to find one with 410's cause her's is 410's already
I could proabably find on in tafts or another wrecker that already has 410's and disc's
But for now she'll just have to stick with the D35 outback

I have found 410 gears from full sixe 8.8s for a hundred bucks. Subtract that from what I'm asking and you could have an 8.8 with 410s for 250$. Arnprior auto wreckers had another 8.8 with 410 and a limited slip for 300$. It took a few months toget them though.
