OK...I'm fightin with Google cause they say the video is in copyright infringment My arguement with them is that there are all kinds of videos all over the internet that use music in the background. I'm not charging for the video..it's free...and I'm sure musical artists allow there music to be used in artistic ways They should phone Brooks and Dunn or Kid Rock and ask them if they fawkin care I used there songs on a fawkin off-road video that is for the whole public to see  SO....that being said....I hope the vid is back up soon....but if not...I'll make a sheet load of copys..lol....fawk'm |

I have looked into the Copyright infringment..  seems the EXECUTIVES at BadThumper.com had something to do with Google pulling the vid.. Im going to look into it more BUT... you DID ask Permission to use thier Logo Right.. There BAD over there you know.. ;D LMAO |

Well well...you should tell those executives over there that I did hold back from including some rather riskgay pictures that I found when looking through there Photobucket account(to which I was given access too ) I was going to include the pictures that I found but decided it was in BAD taste.... ;D SO...they should count THERE blessings that I don't charge some kind of FEE for not publicicising said pictures...If ya small what the monkey is cookin.... ;D |

For what I seen the other day, vid looks good Monkey! If you make copies, I'll take one! Putting the YJ back together cause I gotta be back out there! Just can't do enough with the stock XJ, maybe throw the lift in it too, and she can drive it! But I want my YJ back! Miss it! And it won't even knock this year! Yay me! LOL

That's ok Matty....that made me scratch my head too..lmao OK...so in the Never ending story of "As the Bogger Turns" when it comes to this fawkin video.....I had deleted it from Google cause I never heard anything from them over the weekend and I was gonna re-load it and see what happend Then I got this from my internet provider On Saturday January 10th, our email service provider experienced a failure that may have disrupted email service to you. Service was restored to all customers by the evening of January 10th and all emails have now been delivered. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. SO....THEN I got this today from Google. Hi Steven, We appreciate your contacting us about your video. We apologize if the disapproval was made in error. We noticed that the video in question has already been deleted from your account, so we're unable to reinstate it. We appreciate your patience in this matter. Sincerely, (BANGS HEAD AND FIST AGAINST THE WALL REPEATEDLY...FOLLOWED BY SCREAMING INTO A PILLOW) SO...now I'm reloading it to Google and we shall see if it gets flaged again...but if it is...I shall have some patience this time and wait for them to re-enstate it(BANGS HEAD AGAIN FOR GOOD MEASURE)  |

Got another responce from Google
It seems its Warner that is giving issues....there claiming copyright infringement
SO....don't know WTF to do...banging my head against a wall here.....Never had this much problem before.....and there are lots of videos on the youtube and where ever else that have music in the background
Google is the only one that will host the vid cause it being so long....it's not the size of the file....but the length that YouTube has issue with....they will only allow up to 10 min....this fawking sucks.......

you could cut it up into 10 min sections and put them all on you tube it's a bit of a hasle but it'll work
