as long as it is from a 250ci staright six it will work. not sure if other gm straight sixes will work or not. you will have to check the web for that.

All depends on what's causing it.. Could also be the ignition module...

sometimes if ya give it a swat it will work and if it does then tha is the problem and needs to be changed

easy swap, i did it on my 87 yj in an afternoon in the middle of last winter, went really smooth and no complaints, i bought my dizy off ebay and it was new for doing this setup, from what i have read if you go the route of autowreakers you need the gear out of a AMC v8... which any part store can order in. if you have any questions feel free to pm me i will help you out any way i can, hardest part for me was getting the right wire, cause i took all the computers out after i did mine cause they wernt needed anymore.
