Hey guys... As some of you know, I moved at the end of November into Belleville from the Glen Miller area of Trenton. Unfortunately, my Cherokee isn't road legal and I still need to move it. Is anyone available to help me do this sometime, whether it be by chain, dolly, or trailer? Or can anyone get me a sweet deal on a towtruck doing it? lol. ~Mellow

Depending on how much it costs to rent a Uhaul car hauling trailer, I may even pay for that.

lol it's got brakes and steering for sure... I'd drive it if it weren't for the stupid alarm system making it flash it's headlights! kind of a "HEY LOOK AT ME" signal... not what I'd need...
but yeah... definitely not something I'm doing this close to Christmas, but any weekend after should be great... weekdays would be fine with me but I'm at work from 9:30am-8pm every weekday...

Hey TY, mine does that too. When it does, lock the drivers door and close it. Unlock it with the key. It works first time with mine, but Spelmer Chrysler told me that most it needs to be done 3 times with the key to reset it.

Matty: Mine stops if I do it via the passenger's side, but when I start it up the headlights still flash and the "security" light on the dash... if I use the key in the door it does nothing when it's running... so if I drive it I gotta pull the plugs off the headlights...
Bad: This doesn't need to be done until anytime after Xmas...
Colton I can't 10 day it because when I checked into that they said they require an active insurance policy to issue one... I've got ownership (not in my name but it's signed over)...

As long as it's still in the last owners name, you can call any insurance company and insure it for a day. As long as it's not changed to your name, it's still classed as fit! You can then get a 10 permit. Once it changed names, it becomes unfit and then has to be safetied before getting a permit.
